No upfront payment. Shared sales.
Proposed split: 50/50 of sales after sales taxes, refunds, chargebacks and agreed transaction fees. You, or the merchant-of-record platform we agree on, will be the seller, and the checkout will show who that is. Ownership, support and exit terms are agreed in writing before we start.
