What this site collects

This website has no visitor accounts, no signup, and sets no cookies for public visitors. We measure traffic with our own analytics product, CapraLens, which is deliberately cookie-free: it stores no identifier on your device and uses daily-rotating, salted anonymous hashes, so visits cannot be tied to a person or followed across days or sites. The only authenticated area is an internal operations dashboard restricted to CapraWorks staff; signing in to it sets a session cookie for those staff accounts only.

Email you send us

If you write to [email protected], we keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to resolve your question and to meet legal and accounting obligations (for example, evidence in a payment dispute). We use it for nothing else — no marketing lists, no sharing with third parties beyond our email provider (Microsoft 365, processing under its standard data-protection terms).

Payments

Purchases in our products are processed by Stripe; card details never reach our servers. Stripe's handling of payment data is described in Stripe's privacy policy. Invoices and payment records are retained as required by French accounting law.

Each product has its own policy

Our products collect what they need to do their jobs, and each one documents that in its own privacy policy — the authoritative source for data handling inside that product:

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority.
